2. Purchases and Payments

• Accepted Payment Methods:

  • We accept payments via Squarespace Payments, Square, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay (if enabled).

• Payment Processing:

  • Payments are securely processed through Squarespace and Square's payment systems. We do not store credit card details.

• Order Confirmation:

  • You will receive an email confirmation after a successful purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact me here.

3. Refund & Return Policy

• All sales are final due to the nature of our handcrafted candles & curated events, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this window, orders are final and cannot be canceled.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

• Once approved, we will offer either a replacement or store credit (refunds are issued at our discretion).

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Sheanah and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
