2 · Set your intention

Tell me one thing you're calling in for these 7 nights.

3 · Rest and receive

Each night, Reiki flows to you as you sleep. Drift off to the optional sound bath audio if you like — or just go to bed. Your only job is to notice how you feel in the morning.
